Event: Topical MfL: Intersections of gender and faculty bullying

This lunch will be an open discussion on the topic “Intersections of gender and faculty bullying.” Come share your current (or past) challenges with bullying, such as personal insults, intimidation, or being treated as “invisible.” We will also discuss what strategies and tips have worked to improve environments and reduce bullying.
