LATTICE intervention seeks to adapt, articulate, and disseminate an existing professional development model to support the persistence and advancement of underrepresented groups in engineering faculty careers.
LATTICE Symposium - includes engagement with peers, mentorship and networking from senior panelists, and professional development workshop sessions.
LATTICE Mentoring Circles - are launched by LATTICE team members and include facilitated discussions with other early-career participants.
