Mid-Career Mentoring
A handout from the ADVANCE quarterly leadership workshop on a chair's role in mid-career faculty careers with an overview of some of the research on challenges of mid-career faculty, in particular women and underrepresented faculty. It includes suggestions for strategies to mentor mid-career faculty and activities for department chairs to consider to improve their mentoring of mid-career faculty.
