UW ADVANCE and the Office for Faculty Advancement, both of which are now part of the Office of Academic Personnel, are partnering to offer a fall webinar on effective practices for assessing faculty application materials. This webinar will address mitigating bias in evaluation, using assessment rubrics, and achieving consensus on which applicants to move forward.
