UW ADVANCE and the Office for Faculty Advancement are partnering to offer a Spring Webinar on planning ahead for next year's faculty searches, with a focus on thinking strategically about search committees, designing effective assessment rubrics, and writing strong job ads.

- What are the benefits of creating assessment rubrics before writing job ads?
- How can the language and structure of job ads align with the unit's larger values?
- How can well-planned evaluation processes promote effective and efficient decision-making?
