UW ADVANCE mainly serves tenured and tenure-track faculty in STEM in our three core UW colleges. We offer formal career development programs and informal mentoring programs for STEM faculty. We also offer informal consultations with ADVANCE team members. Our programs and resources serving UW department chairs and national STEM audiences are also intended to influence and improve campus culture and climate for our core constituents.
