Event: Peer Coaching Kick Off 2022

Peer coaching groups among the ADVANCE faculty are a great source of support, feedback, and advice. Groups typically include 6-8 faculty at a similar career stage (e.g., pre-tenure or post-tenure), each of whom are from a different department here at UW. The groups use a peer coaching model from the book Every Other Thursday.
ADVANCE will be holding peer coaching group info session to share details about the format, practice peer coaching, and engage in real time problem solving. After November 22, the peer coaching groups will be set up. Participants can still be placed in a group regardless of whether they attend the 11/22 kick off.
