Event: "Faculty Mental Health and Self-Care: Resources for Department Chairs"

This workshop featured a panel of speakers sharing their experiences. The goal was to explore how department chairs and other unit leaders have addressed faculty mental health issues (for example, a faculty is struggling with substance abuse, is experiencing depression, has an undiagnosed mental health condition, or is lashing out) and their own self-care during such times.
