Event: Limited Submissions with Kim Johnson-Bogart and Caroline Harwood

This ADVANCE Mentoring-for-Leadership lunch will be a topical lunch featuring a discussion about limited submissions, in which funders limit the number of proposals an institution can submit per funding round. Come learn about the process at UW for limited submissions. The lunch will feature remarks from:
Kim Johnson-Bogart, Senior Director of Foundation Relations. Kim serves on the committee when the Limited Submission Opportunity is issued by a foundation. Following the committee’s review, she works with the faculty member(s) selected to proceed to develop their proposal for the particular foundation. Caroline (Carrie) Harwood, Associate Vice Provost in the Office of Research the Gerald and Lyn Grinstein Professor of Microbiology in the School of Medicine..
