ADVANCE Awarded NSF PAID Grant, "LEAD-it-Yourself!"

Dr. Eve Riskin, (PI) and Program/Research Manager Dr. Joyce Yen (Co-PI) have received a National Science Foundation (NSF) award entitled LEAD-it-Yourself! Using a leadership development curriculum that they developed through a prior grant program, Leadership Excellence for Academic Diversity (LEAD), they will provide an online open source toolkit that will enable institutions across the country to run leadership workshops on their own campuses. Dr. Jan Spyridakis, Chair of Human Centered Design and Engineering, is a Co-PI on the grant.
