Reflections on Teaching: Where We Were, Where We Are and Where We Could Be
This April 19th event will feature engineering education guru, Dr. Jim Borgford-Parnell. Jim, who will be retiring at the end of the academic year, has worked as an instructional consultant in the College of Engineering since 2005. In 2015, he became the founding director of the Office for the Advancement of Engineering Teaching and Learning. At this event Jim will share some of his biggest takeaways from decades of experience helping improve engineering education and the faculty and student experience in the classroom. While Jim has focused on engineering education, his insights are sure to resonate with science faculty as well.
