Our featured guest will be Dr. Marilyn Gist, director of the Executive Leadership Program at the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University.

Dr. Gist has more than twenty years of experience in providing training and development experiences for executives and managers. Since 1992, She has served as Executive Director of Millennium Resources, a leadership development firm, focused on strengthening personal awareness and performance of management team members. She was professor at the University of Washington School of Business from 1987 - 2002, served as the Boeing Endowed Professor of Business Management, and was Faculty Director of the UW's Executive MBA Program. Previously, Gist was on the faculty of the University of North Carolina. Her undergraduate degree is from Howard University, and she has an MBA and Ph.D. from the University of Maryland College Park, where she received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the College of Business Administration in 1992.
