This is the script used at the Purdue Faculty Hiring Workshop. Pages 5-top of 7 discuss actively recruiting a diverse and excellent pool of candidates.
The script is used by each table facilitator - sections marked in yellow are guidance for facilitators.
The Search and Screen manual includes a useful section on enlarging the poolof of candidates. See chapter 5, pages 11-17.
