LiY! Primer: Mid-Career Mentoring

This LiY! primer provides an overview of some challenges facing mid-career faculty, in particular women and underrepresented faculty. It includes suggestions for strategies to mentor mid-career faculty and activities for department chairs to consider to improve their mentoring of mid-career faculty.
