This LiY! primer provides an overview of some of the research on different experiences of female and URM faculty compared to majority faculty. It includes suggestions for strategies to mentor diverse faculty and activities for department chairs to consider to improve their mentoring of diverse faculty. The Word version is an editable document that is customizable. The PDF document is a styled and formatted file that can be used as a workshop handout.
