Embedded within the article is a link to a 60 minute video by Google. The video provides an overview of unconscious bias and how it can affect hiring and promotion decisions.
Presenter is quite effective in discussing unconscious bias and cites much of the research in a compelling way.
Short clips of the video can be extracted as some of the content is quite specific to Google.
