In Kyushu University (one of the seven prestigious National universities), the ratio of female researchers was lower than 10 percent at 2009. In order to increase women researchers and promote gender equality in STEM, Kyushu University carried out the unique employment procedure and training system by the Special Coordination Funds for Promoting Science and Technology from Japanese Government.I have been one of the members of external evaluation committee.
