One of the most unassuming aspects of managing a lab revolves around financial management and budgeting. This workshop will discuss tips and tricks to successfully navigate budget management, and serve as a precursor to changes to expect once Financial Transformation launches this summer! Speakers Dr. Ashleigh Theberge, Associate Professor of Chemistry, and Amanda McCracken-Roberts, College of Engineering Collaboration Core Administrator, will share their expertise and insights about how to set yourself and your lab up for financial success.
