Quarterly Leadership Workshops

Leadership Development is a key focus of the UW ADVANCE Center for Institutional Change. We offer half-day, quarterly workshops that provide tools to address equity and promotion, strategic planning, and best practices in academia.

Though the original audience of department chairs, deans and emerging faculty leaders was limited to the 19 ADVANCE departments, in 2007 these workshops were expanded to include the broader University of Washington campus.

Handout from previous quarterly leadership workshops can be found in the Additional Resources right side box on this page.
